I moved into Sunny Ridge Townhomes at the end of January after looking at several other apartment options in Cedar Rapids. I moved from an urban area that had restaurants and bars that were walking distance, but chose Sunny Ridge because of the property itself and its short distance from downtown Marion. Key factors in my decision were the ample size of the kitchen pantry and the attached 2 stall garage. The kitchen is amazing with large deep sinks, stainless Steele appliances, and beautiful countertops. I really like that large open floorplan of the may floor. The bedrooms are large and the master suite is perfectly meets my needs. The site is new and I as one of the first residents I’m looking forward to this summer when more people move in and we can maybe get some community events started. It is coming up on 2 months know and I am so glad that I chose Sunny Ridge over the apartments I was looking at in downtown Cedar Rapids. Although it is further away things are still easy to get to and all the essentials are close by. The street is off the main roads so the neighborhood is quiet and safe.

We choose to live at Sunny Ridge because of the flexible lease terms and the fact furry family members are welcome. We have found management to be friendly and responsive. It’s great to have the online account management to make payments and request work orders. Overall a nice place to call home.

I absolutely loved living at the Depot. Being down in the Newbo district allowed me to experience so many new things as there were always events happening within walking distance. The Depot apartments are extremely clean and well kept. The couple who cleans the building are some of the nicest people. They always went out of their way to ensure all messes were taken care of and that the apartment complex remained in pristine condition. If you are looking for a new apartment I would highly recommend the depot because of location; cleanliness and the management that runs it.
