Are Q4 Real Estate properties pet-friendly?
Nearly all Q4 rentals are pet-friendly. Properties that welcome cats and small-breed dogs include: Parkway West, Village Lofts, 500 on 1st, The Depot, 329, & 6th St. Commons. Properties that welcome cats and large-breed dogs include: Sunny Ridge, Buffalo Ridge, Ellis Flats, Ellis Commons, & The Redstone. Breed restrictions may apply at each property.
Does Q4 Real Estate permit smoking at/on properties?
No, all Q4 Rentals are smoke-free communities.
What happens if a resident needs to be released from their lease early?
Residents are legally bound to their leasing agreement, however, Q4 Real Estate is happy to work with current residents on sub-letting efforts. Q4 Real Estate also offers short-term leasing options.
How do residents submit standard maintenance requests?
Tenants may submit standard maintenance requests 24/7 at https://q4rentals.com/maintenance-request/.
When is rent due for Q4 Real Estate residents?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month
Can residents set up auto-pay online?
Yes, this is an option through the tenant’s personal Online Portal provided by Appfolio. Q4 Real Estate cannot set auto-pay options for residents as an act of privacy for residents.
Where do residents go with questions regarding their leasing agreement?
Residents may visit your Online Portal provided by Appfolio where your lease can be found under the “Home” section.
Where may prospective tenants apply for a Q4 Real Estate rental?
Prospective tenants may apply for any and all listed units at https://q4rentals.com/available-units/.
Where may residents submit updated documents such as renters insurance declarations for example?
Residents may submit updated documents at any time through their Online Portal provided by Appfolio.
Do Q4 Real Estate rentals have laundry options?
All Q4 Real Estate rentals except 500 on 1st have in-unit washer and dryer. 500 on 1st offers on-site laundry service.
Do Q4 Real Estate rentals include utilities for residents?
This will vary by property. Prospective tenants may ask the respective site manager.
Does Q4 Real Estate have any on-site leasing offices?
