To submit a maintenance request, set up or log into your online account and click on “submit maintenance request”.
By providing all the information through the tenant portal we will be able to contact you quickly to set an appointment. Please provide the best day and time when you will be home so we can try to schedule our visit around that time. Please keep in mind that many maintenance items will require permission from the owner to perform. Waiting for approval from the owner can cause some delays in scheduling.
A $50 fee will be charged to you if :
An appointment is set and there is not an adult (18 years or older) at home to let us in. Our staff has been trained not to enter the property without an adult present.
A dog is unconstrained or non-kenneled.
The key to the property does not work due to a lock change by the tenant.
If the maintenance request is to fix something that was due to tenant damage or responsibility the tenant will be charged. If you have questions on what is tenant responsibility please call 319-450-1619.
