Danielle Kratz

Danielle joined the Q4 property management team in April 2022 with 15 years of leasing and property management experience. Danielle has provided management services to a variety of different clients ranging from section 8, tax credit, elderly, and conventional communities. Danielle resides in Cedar Rapids with her two teenage children, and in their free time they enjoy camping, kayaking, and vacationing.
