The Q4 Real Estate commercial team has been involved with some very exciting and groundbreaking developments in the past year. Just off Blairsferry Rd. and Edgewood Rd., our Pecks Landing development is home to some well-known retail tenants such as Sherwin-Williams, Taco Johns, Happy Joes, Kwik Star and more. Just around the corner along Edgewood Road, the Edgewood Town Center development has really taken off with Fleet Farm & Dollar Tree being a few of the headliner businesses thus far. Both provide greater tenant potential and high traffic count increases from local customers in Cedar Rapids and surrounding rural towns. On the other side of the road, a brand-new building is under construction at our established Fountains retail development, projecting the arrival of a larger tenant in 2021. This area has become a rather popular business hub. The commercial management team also focuses on sustaining positive relationships with long-time tenants in the area who continue to provide business for Q4 as well.
