The first phase of the site will be Villas at The HUB townhomes on a portion of the old parking lot. The second phase is slated to convert an existing crane bay into apartments. This conversion is said to preserve industrial elements such as overhead pulleys, iron bracket, iron beams, and walls of windows. The third phase of the property is proposing a five-story building on the demolished portion of the site, and offer first-floor parking due to the grade change of the site.” This is only a sneak peek of course, but do not worry.
