When we last checked in to kickoff the new year, there was a lot to be excited about. As we approach March next week, there is still so much to look forward to. So, what is happening at Q4 Real Estate as we look ahead? Single-Family homes have officially been added to our portfolio. Jumping back to earlier in this post, indoor parking is highly valued in the Midwest due to unpredictable weather conditions. By now, the first 4-plex at The Hub has opened for rent. A few suites have already been filled, but one remains. This first building is move-in ready and is of course, brand new! Construction continues to take place around the development, so do not be surprised if you see some friendly associates from our Compass team around The Hub.
